What does “unlimited eBay cross-posting” actually do?
Connect your eBay seller account once, and every card you list on Rookie is automatically mirrored to an eBay listing in your name — same photos, title, price, and condition. You manage one inventory; we publish to both marketplaces. Unlisting or pausing on Rookie removes the eBay listing too.
What does “auto-sync sales” mean in practice?
When a card sells — on either side — the other side is taken down within seconds so you never double-sell. eBay sales push an order into your Rookie dashboard with the buyer, price, and tracking fields ready. Rookie sales end the matching eBay listing automatically. Your vault, ledger, and analytics stay in one place no matter where the buyer came from.
How does the reduced platform fee work?
Standard Rookie sellers pay a 10% platform fee on completed sales. Pro Sellers pay 7% — a 30% cut to your platform fee — for as long as the subscription is active. The reduction applies to every sale routed through Rookie, including ones that originated as eBay cross-posts. eBay's own seller fees are separate and billed by eBay.
Do I need an existing eBay seller account?
Yes. Pro Seller connects to your existing eBay account via the official eBay API (OAuth) — we never see your password. If you don't have one yet, you can create a free seller account on eBay in a few minutes and link it from Settings → eBay.
What happens if I cancel Pro Seller?
Your existing eBay cross-posts stop syncing at the end of the billing period and your platform fee returns to 10%. Active cross-posts on eBay are not deleted — you can manage or end them directly on eBay. List Bot Advisor and Deep Research are also disabled until you re-subscribe.
Are kid accounts allowed to use Pro Seller?
No. Cross-posting and selling-for-cash require an adult account with parent approval on file. Pro Seller is locked behind the same adult-only checks that gate listing for sale on Rookie.
