When do boxes ship?
One-time orders ship within 5 business days. Subscription boxes ship the first Friday of every month — order by the 28th to lock in next month's drop.
What is DNA Personalization?
Connor and Logan use your in-app DNA profile — sports, sets, players, parallels you scan and search — to handpick singles for your tier.
Can kids order a box?
Yes. Under-18 accounts require parent approval at signup, and we ship to the parent's verified address.
One-time vs subscription?
Both options exist for every tier. Buy one box whenever you want, or subscribe monthly for a small discount and skip-the-line shipping.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — anytime, from Settings. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds?
If a box arrives damaged, we replace it. Boxes are non-refundable once opened — that's the nature of breaks.
